Vendor interest forms due by

Please fill out and submit a Vendor Interest Form by October 1, 2023 to be considered for Faire of Champions, Building the Dream Season 2024. 

The vendor application will need to be submitted before October 6, 2023 with vendor fees paid in full to ensure your spot.

Tents should be equal size to the space you have rented. Standard space is 10’ x 10’, however larger spaces are available for an additional fee. 

Standard vendor rates:

10 x 10, 10 x 20 (0-200 sq. ft.) space – $360 for the season.

20 x 20 (201 + sq. ft.) space – $438 for the season.

Food vendor – $660 for the season. 

Vendor fee includes camping passes for up to 4 adults (children 12 and under included) in our vendors only campsite with access to your booth at any time. Any employees staying on site must be listed as such when background checks are submitted.

If you need a larger space, please be sure to include your needs when filling out the vendor interest form AND your vendor application. Please email vendors@faireofchampions.com with any questions.

The property is primitive at this time. There is no running electricity or water. We do not have generators and inverters available for vendors, you must bring your own. We do have porta-potties and hand washing stations with non-potable water. Potable water will not be provided, please bring your own. Please refer to the camping page for suggestions on generators, invertors, and portable batteries. 

Personal pets are not permitted inside the faire proper. Faire of Champions and Woodcock Woodlands follow ADA laws for service dogs. Please read the camping rules for more information.

No. You will need to supply your own insurance and give a copy of your policy to your coordinator. If you do not have insurance, the following link is a good place to start. https://www.actinsurance.com/ 

No. It is the responsibility of the vendor to secure their items overnight and during the week. FoC does not take responsibility for unattended booths or property. 

You may bring a heat source, but you must have a fire extinguisher close by. While we will have food vendors on site, you may want to bring your own food/drink. 

If you are a food vendor and require power for refrigeration of food overnight, you must have your own invertor and make arrangements with the coordinator ahead of time. 

We are currently set up for 70 vendors for Season 2024. Please get your application form in before November 20, 2023 to ensure a timely response from the coordinator. 

We are always willing to consider a part-time vendor or special weekend vendor. Please complete the Vendor Interest Form above AND email vendors@faireofchampions.com with a request for part-time vending. Please include the specific dates you will be available to vend.
