Don’t forget that this is a winter faire, so prepare for cold weather.
What is the vendor/entertainer application deadline?
Please fill out the appropriate interest form before October 4, 2022 to allow time for the vetting process.
The vendor/entertainer application will need to be submitted before October 7, 2022 with vendor fees paid in full to ensure your spot.
What size tent will I need to bring?
Tents should be equal size to the space you have rented. Standard space is 10’ x 10’, however larger spaces are available for an additional fee.
Standard vendor rates:
10 x 10, 10 x 20 (0-200 sq. ft.) space-$250 for the season.
20 x 20 (201 + sq. ft.) space-$315 for the season.
Food vendor (no sq footage limit)-$500 for the season.
Vendor fee includes camping passes for up to 4 adults (children 12 and under included) in our vendors only campsite with access to your booth at any time. Any employees staying on site must be listed as such when background checks are submitted.
If you need a larger space, please be sure to include your needs when filling out the vendor interest form AND your vendor application. Please email vendors@faireofchampions.com with any questions.
Is there any electricity or water out there?
The land is primitive so there is no electricity or water other than what we have out there in batteries, inverters, and water totes. If your booth requires electricity, you will want to look at the inverters or batteries examples posted on the camping page. You’ll also have to bring water if you require it.
Are we allowed to bring pets?
We are not allowing pets in the vendor booths unless it is a service dog. If you have pets that are not service animals, they must remain in the camping areas and follow the same rules laid out for camping with pets.
See our Dog Boarding page for local options for doggie daycare or boarding.
Will the faire be supplying insurance for vendors/entertainers?
No. You will need to supply your own insurance. If you don’t have insurance, then you may want to get some that specializes in festivals for crafters.
The following link is an insurance place that sells just that.
Artist and Craft Show Liability Insurance | ACT Insurance
Does FoC cover theft?
No. It is the responsibility of the vendor to secure their items overnight and during the week. FoC does not take responsibility for unattended booths or property.
What things should I bring as a vendor for my booth?
If you will be using a heat source to keep warm, you’ll want to have a fire extinguisher. You’ll also want to bring water and food if you do not plan on buying food from the other vendors.
Food vendors that require power for refrigeration of food overnight must make arrangements with management on Set Up weekend.
How many vendors will be out there?
We are planning on having up to 50 vendors for this season so please get your interest forms in before November 14, 2022 to ensure a timely response from our team to get the application to you.
